Which Tool do you use for SEO?

    I want to know that which is the best tool supports SEO working and produces good results.

    I'm not sure there is "one tool". I use several tools myself:
    http://validator.w3.org/ - Valid XHTML is the first most important step
    http://validator.w3.org/checklink - Check for broken links (as makes sure your internal linking works well for a spider)
    http://www.webconfs.com/keyword-density-checker.php - Make sure I'm targeting my keywords
    notepad - Make sure I'm using h1, h2, title tags, etc.
    Firefox and IE7 - Make sure the page renders correctly in both browsers (checking in IE6 is probably a good idea too)
    http://www.digixmas.com/ - Directory submissions for back links
