Which Tool can post too all Social Networks with 1 Click?

I have to manage different Social Networks, so to keep audience updated & engaged, I regularly need to post updates.

I am looking for a tool that Freely publishes an Text, Image update to:
Facebook (Profile or Page)
Twitter
Google+

Any other Social Network, if the tools covers, like Linkedin, Pinterest, would be added advantage.

I've tried a few of them and they're all so different. I'd say that the best one I've tried is Hootsuite. I would ramble on about what it does but it's probably better for you to go and try it out for yourself.

I found it to have the best user face out of all of them and it was really easy to track what was going on where.

Give it a go and let me know what you think.

NextScripts - Social Networks Auto Poster does a very good job

 

I would agree with Hootsuite. We've spent money on others and for scheduling + publishing Hootsuite is the best... although I dislike the way it posts pictures for LinkedIn. Additionally, Hootsuite does not publish photos on Instagram, rather it notifies you to post... so far only Onlypult is capable of scheduling and publishing on instagram.

 

Hootsuite and dlvr.it are the tools I use.
It is for free so no need to worry.
