different themes work better for different sites. you can search for adsense ready themes and you will bump into a lot. just look at the preview and pick one that appeals to you. you can also run tests on few themes to see how they work for your site. aside from that, you can add adsense on any theme you want. just remember one thing that plain and simple looking theme on white or light background works better for adsense than busy looking theme with dark background or themes having too mush design elements. you want people to look at your ads, not the design of your site.
I have developed my own theme for this purpose, and am going to release it on my website for free of cost. Most of the themes suggested here can not be used on a live website. They speaks so loud about them self that " This blog is dedicated to adsense only". And These themes is also needs a lots of plugins if installed or a lost of customization.
i use blogger theme of 3 columns. its simply great. you can easily get it by searching in Google. thanks
I prefer to use a theme i like the most and I feel will be nice for my readers and relevant to my site, and also nice and bright, then I can merge adverts within it hardcode. Always a way.
