I can't decide which theme to keep up for my site, so i figured I could get your opinions Please tell me which one you like better (ignore the basic logo I will change it to say illmcnasty). Option 1: Option 2: Thanks in advance for your opinions.
the first one is stronger. elements of the second one look nicer than elements of the first, but the second LACKS strong presence, the first one had a header and you know where you are, the second one seems incomplete and nameless. There's no question in my mind, only the first one is a complete and usable theme.
The first one wins on the overall design. The second seems to be missing something visually - probably at the top of the page.
if you were to complete the second one, it might work. I really need to see them at full-size in order to properly critique them..
Initially I liked the first one better but like someone mentioned the bottom one is more Web 2.0. I believe it is missing something although I can't pinpoint exactly what it is yet! Good job on both.
I prefer the basic theme rather than the who's who theme (elegantwordpressthemes.com). For me the basic theme just looks a little more snazzy and different but the who's who theme (1st) is a more generic oriented professional theme. Personally i would choose the second version
I prefer the first theme as it's neater. I don't like the way the box around 'ARCHIVES' breaks the rounded effect in the sidebar of the second theme. Also, it looks like the dark box in the second theme needs to be nudged a little more to the right to complete the round corner.
They're both good, but the first one seems too plain to me. Just white and a bit of blue, whereas the second one has some more essence to it. Both are good though, I like the site as it is currently.
