Which the forum have these features?

i find the forum that have these feature
1) can see all topic from any category in one page.
2) in the all topic page, when user want to create a topic, user must choose category before create.
3) at last, if i do the website by cms such as joomla. i can use one category forum to be the articles. and i can display that in the first page look like the articles.

which one it can?

 

I prefer that you go in for Invision Power Board or Vbulliten
