Don't know what template it is, but it's everything I come to expect from some inaccessible off the shelf crap, what with the fixed width layout, px metric fonts on everything, illegible color contrasts, annoying auto-playing video, and general "WCAG, What's that?!?" design; mated of course to complete gibberish markup that means whoever wrote it needs to do the world a favor, back the **** away from the keyboard, and take up something a bit less detail oriented like macramé... what with the code that's in transition from 1997 to 1998, pointless javascript for NOTHING of value, IE conditionals on a layout too simple to need them, endless pointless div for nothing, classes for nothing, presentational classes, inaccessible forms, breaks doing padding's job, gibberish heading orders, clearfix asshattery, tags like CENTER that have no business on any website written after 1997, content after HTML is closed... ... it is a poster child for inept and incompetent design and development. Hoping you don't actually want to use that steaming pile of manure on a website... Though again, it's EVERYTHING I'd expect from most any off the shelf site template, since most of the people who make them are fly by night sleazeball scam artists who don't know enough about CSS, HTML, emissive colourspace and accessibility to be designing a blasted thing -- much less the very notion of off the shelf templates being just as back-assward approach to building a website as sleazing out some PSD before you even have content marked up semantically.
Oops, I only looked at the first site assuming they were the same -- looking at the second they do NOT share skins/templates/themes/whatever they're called this week. Apart from using a dark background and light text, I see no real resemblance between them in codebase or style... So really not sure what you mean... Though both are accessibility and coding disasters... the second one very much so for being a very simple gutted turdpress layout.
