    Have you tried holding a contest for a custom design? SitePoint has a contests area you might be interested in.

    I'm not sure if DP has something similar or not. If it does, then you might want to conduct it here (I just hang out in the HTML and CSS boards here, so I wouldn't know about the rest of the forum).

    Change the template and content of "all in one" website?
    What program are you using to create/maintin your site?
    I see your site references "/personal-templtes/"... what is the
    source of those files?

    The template or design of your site can be almost anything.
    In selecting a design you should consider what message you want
    to convey to your target audience.
