Which tax forms do foreign publishers fill out?

    Do foreign publishers have to Sign both forms the "W-8BEN Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding"

    and the "Certification Of No United States Activities"

    Or just the last one if you don't own a business or webhost in the u.s?

    Anyone with CJ for a while know? Thanks.
