Which Tax form for affiliates in INDIA ?

    Hello,

    Any affiliate pros out here could help me out choosing the right tax form for submitting to Linkshare and shareasale ? I am a resident Indian having no relation with anyone in US. I have been advised by Cust care to choose from any of the form that matches http://www.irs.gov/instructions/iw8/index.html

    But I am totally blank. Please help me out.

    Indians have to submit W8 form. I submitted mine to Hydra as they demanded it.

    Apply for pan card, I think it is similar to tax form in USA.
