    If I had the money available to do it, I'd go for one of Google's Android phones. Being honest, they look bloody awesome and make me wish I had the money to get one.

    I would recommend the iPad 2.
    Just wait for a jailbreak to be released as the device is capable of doing a lot more than Apple iOS allow it by factory default.
    When you jailbreak it you will be able to run it like an actual PC it's so well designed.
    Without a jailbreak though it's not really worth $500. But yes, in terms of design it is certainly the best. ;)

    the samsung Tab is one of the worst tablets that i have seen. It hangs all the time and my picture gallery take a lot of time to load.

    The best tablet I prefer is Apple Ipad.Samsung Galaxy S2 is also good but Apple ipad is better than Samsung Galaxy S2 :)

    In all seriousness I've used the iPad.. and I love it.

    Also, my mom bought a Samsung Galaxy Tablet and it's awesome too.

    I'd go for either of those!
