Which survey program do you use?

    Hi,

I’m looking for a new program to conduct on-line surveys. Important is that it doesn’t allow duplicates in the mailing list. This way I can add new addresses every month without sending the survey to the same persons. Also people most have the option to decline (unsubscribe) which is then stated as declined in the list, so that also those people can’t receive a survey anymore.

    Any suggestions?

I don't use any myself, but I've heard good things about Survey Monkey. There are paid and free versoins, the former allowing 1000 responses per month with no limit to the number of questions per survey and the latter only 100 responses and 10 questions. They also have a list of their competitors on their pricing page iif you're looking to compare costs/benefits.

I use surveymonkey at this point, and it worked really well (paid version). But unfortunately they disabled the duplicate function, which I think is real important.
