Physical activity in any form is better than lying idle and putting on more weight. Of course, different people prefer different types of sports but select the one that suits your lifestyle, environment, age and your purse. Even simple walking and running will do wonders
I think all Physically sports are good for health because they all sports are needed very hard work form our body.
I see most of you are saying swimming is the best sport well , I don't know about that but I like walking and I think of it as the best sport for me
Any sports which gives you physical workout is good for you. You should always combine 2 or 3 sports to get better results on your goals.
