You run although you are not a marathon athlete. Swim the next day. Run the next day. Combined these two, and you are far from getting a heart attack.
All sports are good for health except 'some' . Being a lazy a** I dont find enough time for sports but I started swimming a while ago but couldn't continue.
i think that football and swimming because it keeps our body toned ,fit and also keep our heart and lungs healthy
I do dance, boxing, 4 to 5 times a week, and i feel strong and healthy and when Im on a diet, I get rid of any awful tummy
Basketball is a great sport for you, especially if you sit in front of PC like some of us . Since I don't play it anymore my back started to hurt me from all this sitting, I guess I'll have to start playing it again.
In my experience the best sport for fitness is Thai Boxing, i used to train with an ex-champion, who fought 58 fights in Thailand, losing just 2, and KO'ing 34. He was all about fitness, which passed to me, i have never been in better shape than when i was training 3 or 4 times a week with him. Swimming is good, but you need to do it none stop and really push yourself, while a nice calm swim is relaxing, it doesnt work you particuarly hard. I don't know which football you guys are talking about, but since i am English and my "football" actually uses the feet 99% of the time i will assume you are talking about soccer. Which is very good for fitness since you can run 5-10 miles in a 90 minute period and not just light jocking, sprinting etc too. Any sport that pushes your body to the point you think "oh i cant do much more" will be a good sport for your health ... unless you have a heart problem
All sports are beneficial for the man some are mentally and some are physically and some for both mentally and physically
