I myself experienced that swimming is really good for health but i think so all sports are good for health in different manners. Thanks PHYza
any cardiovascular exercise is good for the heart and circulatory system. examples of cardio are swimming, running, skipping etc. Exercise like boxing which is mainly anaerobic is good too. weight bearing exercise is good to improve muscle mass and bone density.

Swimming is the best exercise of all.. because it gives all your body parts a workout and also blood circulates well allover the body.. But i don't know swimming Cycling also gives you some good workout.
