Which sort of site gives more money through google adsense

    Never go after high paying niches, especially when you are not well versed with that subject. Any site that gets more targeted traffic gives more money through google adsense. The logic is that simple :)

    Topic is important and as suggested by above you can go for any of these...
    One simple thing, anything which related to selling will give you high paying ads

    For Example ::

    If you write a post about how to buy a Laptop

    and another on How to use a Dell laptop

    Which one you think wil get more high paying ads?

    Simple answer the first one, because the readers will be one who are looking to buy a laptop . In the later one these are the users who bought a laptop but learning to use it, so it is not very useful for advertisers.

    But understand one thing, more important is traffic...even you have high paying ads on your blog but there is no one to click on it..this will be a problem

    Forex, Business, and Real Estate have some pretty decent clicks, but the niche are way too populated to rank anywhere to make good money.

    I think, These Keywords you can use it Like, Cancer, Law, Data Recovery, Forex Trading etc. Find yourself the best theme for your site. And then SEO is the right way for targeted traffic. But before you read carefully Adsense TOS.

    Web Design does pretty good. Such as HTML, Dreamweaver and Photoshop tutorial sites.

    I have heard lawyer related sites pay the most but that subject will bore most webmasters to death.

    What are your friends interested in? Do a search on it using Google's adwords tool, and see if it is a potentially profitable niche... (medium to high number of searches, high advertiser of competition, low number of competing sites on google for that keyword or keyword phrase)

    Something you can write lots of articles for in several different article directories. At least this worked for me. I had a blog for the longest and dint make much but when i started a website and started writing articles i finally started to get some cash from Google.
