    hey..

am currently working on a few projects, however I would like to develop new scripts for FREE (opensource), here is the list that can be useful if develped, if you have any other ideas please write here..

A forum software - everything including VBulleting, IPB, phpBB
Advance content management system - better than any others already
    New and Article publishing script
E-Commerce system (tracking products, customer, orders, shipping)
    Newsletter Management Module
    Social Networking script

select any from the above list or post any new ideas you have and you want it developed, I will probably select 1 from the list with most users willing to be developed...

    regards

I'd say try to make something new, a script that theres a demand for, that hasn't yet been created. I have a couple projects I might be willing to let you in on. One is a private message system for your downloaded Vbulliten messages, that just needs an admin and message parsing to be 90% there. And my skype automated call reception system. I get around 10 downloads a day on that and nobody else has anything like it. That just needs an admin system and some more graphics. It should also be able to auto-integrate into some of the bigger CMS's.

ok then.. how about a script that creates admin panels for new scripts? I would use this VERY often..

i guess for a majority of non tech users you could try creating a standard cms for websites thats oriented around SEO.

What would really be good is an online accounting management (aka book keeping in some countries) system.

I am in australia, and have tried many that claim to be good.

NONE interact with Oscommerce/creloaded or any flavour of that ecommerce software.

There are some downloading utilities for order integration to offline accounting systems like quickbooks, but imagine a system where an order pops into your ecommerce store, and you also have it automatically entered into your accounting system, can place purchase orders with suppliers from that order (dropshippers), track stock etc.

Flexibility, integration and customisability are key here.

Its the biggest hole in oscommerce, many have tried but none are good, and none are seamlessly integrated.

You would access tens of thousands of users with it worldwide.

koolasia - I devevloped a TEXT files based forum already about 4 years back and its being used by many people, but then I stopped supporting and working on it, but its still there, but now I will certainly work on something like a forum or an advance CMS..
