which software for a social network like this?

    Hello, I want to know which software using care2.com :confused:
    Its a social network that gives points for writing comments and other things.
    Any free software for social networks? I tried Buddypress but I think thats not working with earing points.
    Anyone knows which software using care2.com or know if Buddypress works?

    Elgg is the best open source available. I think u can find some plugins for elgg to give points for users activity. OR you can go with Social Engine, its has plugin to assign points for user activity.
