Which software can serve this purpose ?

I am looking for a software which can tell me standings of websites in major search engines for some particular keywords.

For example, If I put the url www.forums.digitalpoint.com and use keyword 'SEO' , it can tell me that for SEO, DP currently stands on 1st page or 2nd page on google and so on.

So do we have any good software for this ? Paid will be Ok.

I use "rankchecker" for firefox, it's an addon and seems fairly reliable. But I suggest once it gives you a rank you should go and check manually because it's not always accurate.

 

The best software for rank checking is "internet business promoter". It gives you a nice report and you can compare it with your other sites and competition sites. I use it. It also has a lot of other nice features.

 

Thanks for the replies. Those softwares only gives you rankings, if your keywords are in first 100 results in an SE. That kind of search can be easily performed manually, so they are not much of help

I was wondering do we also have a software, that can give us best performance keywords for our site ? ie, we provide the url of the site, it analizses it and suggests back the best keywords for the site, and also the ones that already have got decent standings in search engines ?

 

I agree. I also use IBP, unlike others IBP is easy to use and easy to understand
