    Let me explain, if your blog is health related, for that all social media sites useful if you use it in a proper manner. Eg if you want to promote your blog in pintrest, you can join health related community. Share your blog related to your niche. In a facebook you can create page and share with people, interested people definitely visit your page so traffic automatically increased.
