    You might like to try blogcatalog also, it is quite similar. I normally use both blogcatalog and mybloglog on all of my blogs.

    For me, I think it's BlogCatalog as I can also post a summary of my blog post. They also have directories according to blog categories, and I am afraid MyBloglog don't have any.

    I've got to try out the suggestions. Thanks for asking. I signed up for mybloglog but haven't used it lately. Now I will.
    What I do is after every blog post I go into socialmarker.com and go through a list of maybe 20 social media sites that I regularly bookmark and mark the post.
    I also recently discovered tagfoot, which is still in beta, I believe. This looks like a great site to announce our Squidoo lenses and Hub pages.

    mybloglog shows your visitors while blogcatalog help getting you visitors. If I were you, i will be active in both sites but use blogcatalog for site promotions.

    Do not underestimate Entrecard too. even with all stupid new rules many bloggers are still using EC.
