Which site you like most and you use most frequently and comfortable are the best social network for you.I see the best results from the time I spend on Facebook.because the facility and functionality are the most user friendly than others as per my view.

 

Facebook is the best,followed by Twitter

 

All are best ones. But you must decide depending upon ur wish. before that you must think about development , maintanence and all. So according to your comfort ( financial also) you need to decide.
