    I have used StumbleUpon with great results, if a post grabs attention it can give you a lot of traffic in a single day (is very noticeable when that happens).

    YouTube has worked for me, for videos with long tail keyword titles.

    Twitter as I can get my messages and updates out fast to all my customers/followers instantly and they can get back to me directly etc... It's great for companies and for people running their own business so they can keep clients and others updated on situations about the business, if it's down or changes are happening or what not.
