    There are thousands of social bookmarking sites but only 20+ social bookmarking sites can deliver traffic to any websites in any niches include "funny" site.

    Yes these are the best sites as I know. But for me StumbleUpon and Digg are the best.
    On the other habd LinkedIn is also good. If you have lots of friends G+ , Twitter and FB are also good.

    I don't think youtube counts as social bookmarking, but you will definitely want to put a video on there linking to your site. If it is entertaining, and optimized well it could go viral!
