    Yes digg.com, delicious and stumbleupon are helpful to generate traffic but if you concentrate on more social bookmarking websites then you will get more good results.

    I like the old classic, Myspace. Facebook and Twitter are pretty good too. Myspace just offers more options such as a forums, groups and even classifieds.
