    For me, I love the Samsung Galaxy S2, but out of the two you mentioned I'll go with the Galaxy Ace as it's just a smaller S2 :D

    Not trying to interrupt, but I own a HTC Desire HD, one of the predecessors to the Sensation. I can say that despite the large amounts of apps I've installed, the phone still runs butter smooth - I can imagine this will run even better on a Sensation with a much faster CPU.
