I think your second site needs more work.

Here's my review of both sites:
    mychemistrytutor.com
    - It looks 1000x more better than the last time I saw it!
    - Suggestion: extend the red header all the way to the end and change your adsense ad to: red background/border and white text (for better blending)
    - The logo looks GREAT
    - Color scheme is perfect
    - For your adsense ads on the left, I would change the link color to dark red and text to black for better blending

    nationalcarbuyingcenter.com
    - Needs a solid colorscheme (like the site above) try any color with grey/black/white (always works)
    - I would use a bolder font for your header
    - The text on your left blue box is touching the edge, I would add space between the border and text (add a cellspacing to your table)

They both have been neglected for a long time and both have the potential to be great sites.

Nationalcarbuyingcenter has and will have ALL original content. My "connection" is considered to be one of the best finance managers in our city.

In my opinion, MyChemistryTutor looks more professional than nationalcarbuyingcenter!

I agree. I have spent more time with it. But I like the content more on national care buying center. I really wish people would use the forums there.
