Which site pays the best on a CPM basis?

I can't find any other site beside Adbrite that pays on a CPM basis. But Adbrite takes 4 months to get payment from and to clear a check from if you live overseas, so it's a hell of a long time to wait.

Any other alternatives?

Why can't Adbrite have their accountant just spend 20 minutes signing up with a PayPal account instead of making me wait 4 months just to get a $25 check?

Those are your best bet for CPM, adengage pays alright for CPM, Clicksor has best rates for CPM, but your site must have a lot of traffic to get approved, and adsense is both CPM and CPC.

I'm going to suggest something completely different - the Newsroom by Voxant. Publishers embed news related videos in their content and receive quite a generous CPM - $4-5 I seem to remember.

 

Which of these would be best for a newish site with low traffic at the moment.

 

It won't do you any good to use CPM on low trafficked sites. You will just irritate your visitors.
The best websites to use CPM are website that provide unique and valuable CONTENT.
If you have low traffic then stay away from cpm.

Clicksor works fine for one of my site, but its XX,XXX UV a day, so this helps

I agree with you. Clicksor is also the best for me and I have only 2.000 UV a day.

 

Heres a list with reviews of programs / networks that pay on a cpm basis.

The ones I prefer are VCM and Casale, but not all people can get into them do to their requirements.
