Which shopping cart solution supports wholesaling?

I want to offer a wholesale prices to individual, retailers and other businesses, which shopping cart solution offers this feature?

Magento support whole selling on its cart you can apply different kind s of prices for different kinds of user groups like
Wholeseller

Virtuemart is what I could suggest. You can set up different prices for different groups, similar to Magento.

ive used both Virtuemart for Joomla and Magento, out of the two i would recommend Magento because its more e-commerce orianted, and you will be able to do and offer much more to your users/customer by using a Magento Platofrm.
Virtuemart is also good, but it has its limitations.

Magento offer it and also OS Commerce is also good... But be cautious with the installation if anything goese wrong that will be a mess anyway I don't have any issues because my hosting Panel (hostdpeartment.com) supports both Magento and Os Commerce Auto installation option.....
