Which set of Keywords should I use?

I am confused about my keywords and what words I should be using. Can someone let me know how I should set my keywords out, thank you.

Mount everest, mount everest facts, climbing mount everest, mount everest history, mount everest news, mount everest information

Or

Mount everest, facts, climbing, history, news, information

 

I would choose the ones the has the most searches

 

take the help of google adwords for the same.

 

we should always have the relevant keywords those are having high searches .... if the number of searches are high then only we'll get high traffic which would generate business for us.

 

I would go for long tail keywords. Initially you have to go with long tail keywords , then you should go for one word keyword. because single word keyword is very competitive and it talk too much time to get in SERP.

 

use long tail keywords which exactly match to your product or service.
