Which SEO option too choose?

What would be the best to go for, high page rank or a large number of sites?

 

You should choose 146 PR4 articles directories, that can help you more. Quality helps compared to Quantity.

 

Quality always has an edge over advantage and importance over quantity..

 

Definately manual 146 directories at pr 4. The quality link is what you want.

 

Its also important how you frame your article. Your content of article should be of interest of general public and should be full of keywords. Linking back to your site with proper keywords is another essential thing.
This is how you can make article submission successful. Otherwise submitting to quality directories without a quality content is meaningless.

 

Sometimes you need SEO help. But be careful, remember that it seems like the quick solution but these companies will have no real interest in making sure that the SEO is relevant to your site. You pay them for 100 links, they give you 100 links...doesn't mean that they are quality links or from relevant sites.

you can go with pr4 but i am 100% sure that the page where you link will be posted is not pr4 it is either 1 or 2 or may be zero. Confirm this first
