    SEO is dead unless you have thousands of dollars for Guest Posting. Manual SEO like Blog Commenting is dead with just finding no-follow blogs to post blog comments on. Article Marketing or Web 2.0 which would help getting higher ranking earlier is now no longer working with just one option of SEO left which is Guest Posting and require thousands of dollars for this activity.
