I didn't say your site was spam (noun), but to promote an ecommerce site on craigslist where that is not permitted, that would be spamming (verb). You could try offering individual products for sale in an appropriate area like health and beauty, but I wouldn't be surprised if craigslist pulls your ad - especially if you link to your site.
