Which script do i use for forum ?

    I want to start a new forum of my own .
    i don't want to pay any money for it , which is the best freeware script i can use ?

    VB costs me like 250$ a month , which one is easy to install and is free of cost ?

    Use phpBB. phpBB is opensource forum software.
    So use it for free.

    Any way VB will not cost you monthly. You have to pay once for VB.

    phpBB and SMF are free open source forum software. If you want to run your forums within wordpress blog then you can also use bbpress.

    I like to use SMF because of the themes actually. They are all quite similar and nowadays you can really mod them to look like vbulletin if you can't afford it.

    I think phpbb is the best, easy to install good styles, and support from there forums is fast and helpful
