Could anybody suggest any site which is doing social bookmark submissions. I see there are many, has anybody used some of them with good results. Also, is it advisible to use those sites where you can give just one description for let's say 100 submissions. Does it matter if every submission has same description. Any advise and any experience would be appreciated. To what pay attention? Which service choose?

i suggest you use socialmarker. it is quite easy to submit your sites to social bookmarks and you will do it right if you do it manually.
Socialmarker is the best i've seen so far for mutiple website submission without manually going to each of them, plus they have option to see which is do follow.
You should use a service that makes new logins or uses existing power user logins. You don't want the account to be banned because they take 'any' story for bookmarking. Besides this, also keep in mind that you should only get a good information page or link bait bookmarked. Some people make a mistake of getting their homepage bookmarked and that's not advisable at all.
