    I'd choose any one of those which passes the Google Rich Snippet Tool.

    Do you know any that allows the site owner to control how many stars or views there is instead of waiting for a
    lot of user reviews I was just wondering if we can do that that would help get customers to a site quicker.

    Google is very strict with manipulation so site review should be done naturally by actual people, they probably know if a review and rating is fake.
