I don't think any religion cares about homeless.
If we're homeless we need to blame ourselves not any one else.

Here is a quote from a famous man:
Its not your fault if you take birth as poor. but if you die poor, its surely your fault.

Your empty bottle collecting "business" must be improving that you have the time to post nonsense here instead of searching through trash cans.

You don't know much about homelessness, do you? In the early 1990's I was homeless in Los Angeles. I didn't pan handle and I almost never had money, but there were always organizations that would feed and clothe me. The fact is, so many organizations will provide homeless folks with decent food and clothes that even if they cannot find work or shelter, they will always have access to good clothes and a decent meal.

Well said. Another fine example I can give you of the misconceptions one can have... A number of years ago a community organization I belonged to was delivering food to a local food pantry. One of the people that pulled up to get food was driving a rather expensive looking SUV. An Escalade or something of the sort. One of the guys in our group snickered and said to me, "how can someone who drives something like that be needy".

I had to remind them that they probably acquired that vehicle before they were down on their luck. Maybe its all they have left. Maybe its not even being paid for and will be repo'd soon.

    Appearances can be deceiving.

If I were to panhandle in my area then I would probably starve to death...
I would not quite starve because there are groups here and there such
as food banks, food pantries, but I do not feel that I would earn enough
to pay for a cell phone which runs about $50/mo to say the least....

However, as long as you have a roof, then it does not take
as much as you think to pay basic living expenses; If you
have a free roof and make $100/day then you are doing better
then someone earning $10/hr @ 8hrs per day, and pays rent...

and if you ask me, the photo looks staged...
Even if I made decent money; I would look as
down and out as I possibly could so that I can
take advantage of the humanity in people...
having a cell, new shoes, and overall looking
fairly clean are red flags, unless you
are just going for the clean/modern homeless look...
maybe I am just not up-to-date on homeless trends...

religions care about conversions hence will depend on the money they have to convert a homeless...once u get converted u might become homeless again :)
talking about Hinduism..its does not care about home or homeless coz who understand does not need homes and those who are hindus donot know much about Hinduism.
BY the way Hinduism is not a religion nor it is aNy "ism"
