    Hi,
I want to buy a domain to transfer to another account owner.
I want to know which resistrar allowed free transfer as soon as i buy the domain.
On godaddy, you have to wait 2 months to transfer a domain, i need a company that does not have this time limit.
    Thanks!
    Jacob

I may be wrong but I think you have to wait 60 days to transfer the domain to another registar at GoDaddy. I also think this is true at all of the registars that I know.

Provided you push the domain to another account at Godaddy I don't think there are any restrictions.

Selling the domain and pushing it to another account at the same registar is unrestricted and free at GoDaddy, Namecheap, Registerfly and domainsite.

Years ago Network Solutions offered people to transfer their domain names to
them free. No one else has offered such since then, and they will surely take
    a huge risk doing so.

Pushing a domain name to a new owner is always free and there is no time limit. However, there is always the 2 to 3 months wait after the domain name is moved to a new owner or first registered. Actually, there should not be any issue keeping the domain name there for that period since it is not going anywhere.

That depends on who's the registrar. How things work with registrar A doesn't
necessarily work the same way with registrar B.

Oops, you mean there are registrars which charges to transfer a domain name to another person using the same registrar ? That is definitely news to me. Thanks. Any examples ?

1and1.com is one example. There is at least one other that I know of for sure.
