Which recorder should I use for my videos in my product?

    Hi everyone,
    I'm new and I'm creating a product with a book and some videos I will take to help my clients in a better way. I can't decide how to do it. Which recorder should I use to capture my desktop while recording my sound too? I don't know how to do it. Can you help me?

    And one more thing, I started a wordpress blog. Should I use the same recorder you will recommend while I upload some videos to my blog?

    I want to ask one more thing, when you take a 5-10 mins video it gets bigger capacity. I mean too much MB.. I don't know how to describe. How can I make it lower?

    When I try low quality video taking it is almost impossible to read the writings on the screen after shooting. Can you help me about that?
