which public release site to use for a new sales careers site?

    do you have any advice which PR site to use to announce a new sales & marketing job search site?

    I have used PRWeb paid and seen good results for sensible amounts on money, but their free release got me nothing. The reveleation was PRLeap, which got me free coverage as good as my PRWeb paid coverage. I recommend doing a paid PRWeb release, but don't spend too much on it, then do a PRLeap free one with the same content.

    I have used free PRWeb and seen a small increase in traffic in the short term.

    i remember seeing great references about someone on this board who is a resident guru writing PR releases. however, i can't seem to remember the username. any ideas?
