    I need to target specific countries. I know Google Adwords and LookSmart have this option but what other programs do as well?

    Do we have to create a new YSM account to target another country?

    I've got the answer to my second question. I can unblock certain continents but my ad will still be showed in the U.S. and Canada as well. In order to target only that country I need to advertise in, I will need to open a separate account in that specific country.
