Which PPC network to use? Adtoll, Adsense, Adbrite, etc?

    Hi All,
I recently switched my free games site from using Adsense to Adtoll. I'm making a little more money with Adtoll on a daily basis now, and adtoll is showing more clicks on ads (so in my mind, the ads are more relevant from adtoll, or google was ignoring some clicks possibly?)

Anyways, I'm wondering if adtoll is the best choice and wanted to solicit input from you all? Their interface rocks, account manager has been great, and I like the ability to funnel the money earned back into more PPC advertising. I also like the ability for users to be able to target my site to buy ads specifically on it for a weekly rate and have a pool of 10 to 15 ads displayed.

I've looked at AdBrite, and it seems they are very much like google, and when I tried their ads on my site (a 728x90 banner) it was just 4 or 5 text links displayed in it. Given the nature of my site, the text ads have a much lower CTR, and I just don't like the overall look they give to the site.

What else would you recommend? Is adtoll.com a good choice for advertising on my site for now? I get less that 10,000 impressions per day, about 500 unique visitors, so the larger ad networks are out of the question for the time being. Where are the advertisers going who are targeting game sites? I'd like to be where the advertisers are, although I suspect most of you may tell me to go back to google for that.

Any marketing type of input would be greatly appreciated to help me figure out which network gives me the best chance of selling ads, which I can make a little bit of money on.

    Thanks!

AdSense ie the best pay per click ad network, so as the primary ad network I would stick with them. Don't go with AdBrite they totally suck right now and they are in crisis, it's a waste of time and ad space having their ads on your site. You can give AdToll a try, but I personally don't like their ads, so I'm nto a big fan of them.

But BidVertiser is a pretty good pay per click ad network, if you manually approved ads with BidVertiser you can earn pretty good money. Some people earn more money with BidVertiser than with AdSense, so I would recommend giving them a try.

In my oppinion AdSense is quite far from being the best. As a publisher I prefer alternative Pay-per-Click solutions. The only problem with smaller PPCs is the lack of trust. Either the stats don't match the logs, or support doesn't help or traffic gets suddenly banned.

The PPC network I closely work with is SearchAnyway.
It is profitable. The tech support is great. Any questionable issues with your traffic are being solved with no delay. If you have lots of quality traffic they raise your revenue share on individual basis.
They also provide you with wide variety of tools such as "thematic image search blocks".

Rule 1: No affiliate links in posts.

Rule 2: No promoting services to point members in wrong direction, not nice.

Adsense is the best, but you should also take a look at FinditQuick. I make more money with them than Adbrite and all the other networks I've tried except for Adsense.

Well, since it's hard to get a decent comparison of the ad networks, right now I decided to run 3 300x250 ads along the top of my page. I have an adtoll one, an adsense one, and lastly a CPA ad through logical media. Hopefully one of these will help point me to the performance for my specific site, I'll just have to watch the stats closely. On my individual game play pages, I stuck with one 728x90 ad from adtoll as when I had adsense there it just wasnt paying. I do have adtoll clients booking that ad space though so its been paying a little more from the respect. Now its time to just wait and see, then adjust as necessary! Thanks all!

Test them out and find out which is better for you, some may be better for some and not for others.

A lot of people will say Adsense straight away.

If you have money, Adsense is the way to go because they are reliable but expensive. It all depends on yourself.
