Which plugin you use for submitting sitemap in wordpress blog?

    Hello friends,
    I know many are using direct sitemap submission by logging over Google webmaster.
    But this becomes very hectic if your content is changing very frequent, because you cant submit sitemap 10 times a day.

    Most of the wordpress user use some or the other wordpress plugin for automatic submission of sitemaps.

    So experts please tell me which is the best plugin you know so far.
