    Do not buy links. that is my best recommendation for you, and beleive me i know what i am talking about, I can put any page on google first result page.

    If you have some money to invest on link building, I have some good idea for you.

    Get an article marketing service or software that work, and tools that can creat links for you through RSS or social media.

    Then start to build authority pages, and blogs that support (link to) your main site, then build huge amounts of links through the tools you have to your authority pages.

    you can also use the tools (minimum use like once a month) to build links to your pages, the article marketing services are the best.

    Yes I m using article marketing method and I m already in TOP5 by competitive keyword but my target is #1 position thats why i m looking to buy high PR links.

    You know very well that I can get #1 position buy high PR quality backlinks.
