I second that. Morfeoshow is very easy to use and very clean. Definitely not bloated software that I've seen and used. Give's you multiple effects for showing your images.

I found that this joomla photo gallery is one of the simpliest.
They also have a joomla version of the famous galleria and a slideshow module.

i like phoca gallery but , seo wise, it s not very good. rsgallery 2 is very good if you want all your photos indexed and the project is back to life. Last option, look into k2, with a plugin, you can insert a photo gallery in your article !

The best one is Joom Gallery and Phoca Gallery!

If you would like to integrate gallery in the article pages, then the best one is IMAGE GALLERY PRO by JoomlaWorks.gr .
    Cheers..

    I currently have a Gallery 2 bridged with J fusion here http://www.nicecarvings.com/gallery/sign-gallery
Pretty happy with it although I think it could be way better. Seo on the image links is pretty good too.

I also have Simple Image Gallery Pro installed throughout that site for normal Joomla postings. Examples: http://www.nicecarvings.com/social/sign-blog/3d-letters

Hold on, I have one more as I have a wordpress blog integrated into my joomla install, and for that I have lazyestgallery which kicks royal ass. That of course is a wordpress only plugin though. It can be seen here... http://www.nicecarvings.com/social/sign-blog
