Which phone system?

Sorry to be asking a dumb question first post out, but I'm kind of new to small business:

I've just signed a new client with some specific needs. His team works primarily virtual with one member at the central office. What phone system would be best for routing calls from member to member? The client would also like the flexibility of incoming calls switching phone lines depending on member availability.

Check out 800pbx.com. They seem to have some very nice features and a nice online control panel. I am thinking about buying it soon for my online business.
