I wanted to start up an earning online. I was told about many a pay per lead affiliate programs that just payout for sending leads to them and even if they do not join their program. I was told one such program is affiliate junktion / pepperjamnetwork by my friend. Is that good? or is there any other program that pays per lead for free signing up and not joining in their program. provide your share to make me take a decision.

Thank you guys for letting me know about more affiliate programs which really works and you have your experience in there. But None have unjustified pepperjamnetwork. So do i take it for granted to include that also to my affiliate programs list. suggestions please.
