Personal accounts don't charge for person to person transfers, but you are not allowed to use a personal or premier account for any business. If you are selling anything, you should upgrade to a business account to avoid any potentially negative impact from Paypal.

What kind of incoming money are you receiving ? If they are from selling products or offering services then it would be deemed as business related and as such you will need a Business account (if you are a registered business) or a Premier account (if you are a private individual).

If however, the money is through mass pay from an affiliate program then a personal account would suffice however in the end it does not matter since there is no fees to receiving mass pay for any purposes.

If you do not plan to receive any money from a 3rd party for rendering a service or offering a product for sale then you can have a personal account. Just make sure that all your incoming money are from mass pay or from friends and they are of very small amounts.

Personally, I am using a Premier account as I use it just to receive from Mass Pay and I do plan to sell one or two items maybe once a year or so. I mainly use the account to spend money and no fees no matter how I go about.

Personal accounts only allows you to receive paypal balance payment free of charges from other members but charges a lot more if they pay via credit card. The thing is that with a personal account (which is primarily for spending) you can only receive payments from other sellers from the 40 countries which have Send/Receive rights but you be missing out of the other 150 countries which are Send Only countries + buyers from the 40 countries which are just customers from the Send/Receive countries.

The choice between the types of accounts is no an issue of paypal giving you the rights to decide if you want to pay them for the services they provide or not. You need to think hard to see if you benefits from the services which paypal offers because if so then just be prepared to pay the fees. Think whether you will lose some customers because you decide the 3% or so is too much compared to the 97% that you receive from the sale.

If you intend to continue to do this, make sure you know the consequences of this action as it is not permitted under your contractual agreement and may be seen as a breach of contract.

    See https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=xpt/UserAgreement/ua/USUA-outside#receive-policy

    https://www.paypal.com/helpcenter/m...lutionTopic=20004&solutionId=11912&isSrch=Yes

May sure that when you break contractual agreements that you do not publicly announce it.

A Personal Paypal account is for members who wants to buy things and send money through Paypal.

A Premier / Business Paypal account is for members who wants to sell things and receive money through Paypal.

Although the personal paypal account can receive money, it is restricted to non-business payments so only money send from your friends or family would be accepted. Besides you are only allowed up to 5 credit card payments a year and paypal balance transfers from other sellers from the 40 out of the 190 countries supported by paypal.

If you are from Pakistan, you cannot open an account. You need to be from the US or residing in the US in order to get a US Paypal account.

Paypal would require you to log in using a US IP address, verify with a US Bank account and Credit Card. When they limit your account, you need to submit utility bills and photo ID to proof that you are residing at the address you claim to be in. Failing which, you will never see your money again. Although paypal would allow you to withdraw your fund after 180 days, it has to go to the address or bank account stated in your account. If they are fake, you will not see it.

Do not try to think you can outsmart a huge organization like Paypal which would have a number of checks to ensure that the accounts are not abused.

There should be not be any issue with moneybooker. Western Union is a remittance company and you need to check if they allow for you to receive only or you can send remittance out of Pakistan.

Well I've been using all sort of accounts, basically if you sell less quantity then paypal is ideal but if you got volume then get a merchant account which will be cheaper than paypal.

One thing I'm sure of paypal, every week I get at least one fraud payment coming into my account and then paypal kicks in identifies it as fraud then I waste my precious time and it get closed ultimately...

I have to live with it there are no other options.
