    Paypal can block your account on the smallest suspicion, and you'll go through hell to convince them to return your money. it's convenient, but i withdraw my money from them as soon as it gathers up to 100$, one blocking is enough for me. so as long as you don't use it as your online bank and keep all your money there, they are ok...
