Paypal had cost me way to much in the past. I avoid them at as best as I can. Whenever I get moeny in my paypal I do a bank transfer that or the next day.
I currently use Liberty Reserve and Alert Pay as my main processors.

I'm also using Paypal only. But I'm thinking on using Moneybookers too to be on the safe-side, in case Paypal cancels the transactions to my country. I've been through this situation a few months before.

u are right man even if we dont have to use paypal but customers pays us through paypal only and thts why we have to use paypal.....overall we can see tht paypal cuts 15% fees from every transaction.....while moneybookers cuts only 0.03 sents on 1$........

Mmm PayPal, but some people can't pay through it, so I receive payments via MoneyGram, Western Union, even bank transfer for HSBC Members :p

Right now PayPal is our primary payment gateway but we are looking into 2checkout and maybe direct credit card processing. It all comes down to which one our members prefer.

I'm using paypal, due to it being a widely used option, but I am looking at alternatives (for my digital download sales) due to the lack of seller protection on digitally delivered products.
