    You can also try emerchantpay's plugin for OpenCart - https://www.emerchantpay.com/shopping-carts/opencart/

    Installation & Configuration guides are available as well and the emerchantpay's support team is very helpful.

    2checkout is what you need. We are using it for the same reason (paypal restriction is some countries) and it is working great. Another one is bluesnap, they also have option to accept direct payments from merchants as paypal, alipay etc...
